The Duff family are pleased to announce the sale of their sand and gravel operations in Ontario to Canada Building Materials (CBM), a division of St. Marys Cement Inc. (Canada) effective January 2006.

St Marys Cement Inc. is a leading manufacturer of cement and related construction products in the United States and Canada . CBM Aggregates is a well managed, community minded organization with an excellent reputation as a respectable and progressive company.

We are confident that CBM / St. Marys will maintain and enhance the strong relationships we have enjoyed with our existing employees, truckers, customers, neighbours, suppliers, industry colleagues and government officials.
